For Narwal, we created a viral CGI FOOH campaign that demonstrates the robot vacuum's suction power through the most satisfying visual metaphor possible: clearing a traffic jam from the street entirely.

Viral CGI FOOH Ad for Narwal Robot Vacuum — Suction Power Demonstration

THE CONCEPT
We created a giant CGI model of the Narwal robot vacuum cleaner and used FOOH mixed reality production to show it clearing a traffic jam in a real urban environment. The vacuum emerges at city scale and its suction activates — effortlessly pulling cars off the road one by one, the traffic jam disappearing with impressive speed and precision. The scene translates a technical product feature — powerful suction — into a clear, instantly legible visual metaphor that communicates control, efficiency, and proactive performance without a single word of copy. The concept aligns perfectly with Narwal's brand message: handling messes before they become a problem. The FOOH format places the giant CGI product in a real street environment, creating the fake out-of-home effect that makes the activation look like it genuinely happened — driving the double-take and social sharing response that defines effective CGI advertising for consumer electronics brands in European markets.

Why it worked

Traffic jams are a universally recognised frustration — and watching one disappear instantly is an inherently satisfying visual. By making the Narwal the thing that clears it, the concept transfers that satisfaction directly to the product. The city scale of the CGI activation makes the suction power feel visceral and absolute, communicating the product's capability in a way that any close-up demonstration could not. For a consumer electronics CGI campaign targeting European social media audiences, this kind of FOOH viral concept drives organic sharing and brand recall simultaneously.

When to use CGI like this

City-scale CGI FOOH campaigns built around suction, cleaning, or clearing mechanics are highly effective for robot vacuum and home appliance brands where the core product benefit is power, speed, or efficiency. If the product's key differentiator is performance — how much it cleans, how fast, how thoroughly — a CGI advertising approach that dramatises that performance at an impossible scale makes the product claim unforgettable and the content inherently shareable.

ABOUT US

HAUT CGI is a global CGI studio. We produce CGI and FOOH content for product launches and marketing campaigns worldwide. We believe video with a story behind performs differently.
Our A-R-P framework — Attention → Retention → Performance — means every asset is built to do three things: stop the scroll, hold the viewer, and land the brand message. Beautiful is the baseline. Story and performance are the goal.
