THE CONCEPT
Since Almatar is a leading travel booking app in Saudi Arabia, the scene needed to feel immediately familiar to anyone who books trips and anticipates what comes with them. We built the concept around a real airplane cabin environment, with a window view hinting at adventures already in progress. At the heart of the CGI advertising activation, a wooden-style spinning wheel appears mid-flight — spinning with the energy of anticipation. As it turns, vibrant prize-themed boxes fall around it, turning the app's reward mechanic into a physical, visual event. The CGI elements are integrated seamlessly into the real footage using mixed reality production techniques, making the moment feel both grounded and spectacular. Rather than demonstrating the app interface, the concept communicates the emotional payoff — the joy of winning, the thrill of travel — through a single continuous FOOH-inspired visual metaphor.

Why it worked

Placing the CGI activation inside a real airplane environment gave the concept instant emotional resonance. The spinning wheel and falling prize boxes translated a digital product feature into something tangible and cinematic, making the campaign as effective for social media CGI sharing as for broader app awareness in the Saudi and UAE markets.
