For Beauty Works' Black Friday campaign, we created a CGI mixed reality FOOH video that takes the brand's promotional moment to city scale — oversized branded shopping bags moving dynamically through the streets of London, turning a seasonal sale into a visual takeover.

THE CONCEPT
Using real London city footage as the foundation, we seamlessly integrated high-end 3D models of Beauty Works' signature shopping bags into the urban environment. Enlarged to building scale and animated to move through the streets, the bags transform London into a living showcase of the Black Friday promotion. To reinforce the pseudo-realistic FOOH effect, CGI visuals were integrated into a real billboard placement — making the campaign feel like it had genuinely taken over the city's advertising infrastructure. The concept communicates the scale and excitement of the Black Friday moment without relying on percentage-off graphics or countdown timers. The brand's visual assets — the bags, the branding, the motion — carry the entire promotional message through pure CGI advertising spectacle, designed for viral beauty FOOH sharing on social media.

Why it worked

Scale is the message. Oversized branded shopping bags moving through London communicated promotional excitement through visual language alone — no copy, no discount figures, no conventional retail advertising mechanics. The FOOH format made the content shareable on its own terms, driving organic reach on social media alongside the Black Friday promotional push.
