THE CONCEPT
We created a complete 3D model of a coffee shop environment and a robot barista at its centre. The robot greets customers with "Habibi" — warmly welcoming them and wishing them an enjoyable coffee experience — before preparing their order. The CGI advertising concept highlights the brand's commitment to innovation while keeping the interaction human and culturally grounded. The Arabic greeting is not incidental: it anchors a future-facing technology concept in the warmth and hospitality that coffee holds in Gulf culture. The full CGI production approach allows the concept to exist without a physical space or a working robot — using mixed reality visual effects to communicate a brand ambition and a cultural position simultaneously, in a format designed for social media virality.

Why it worked

The tension between a robot — cold, technological, precise — and the word "Habibi" — warm, personal, cultural — is what makes the concept memorable. For social media CGI campaigns, that kind of unexpected combination is exactly what stops the scroll. The full CGI environment also gave complete creative control over the visual quality, ensuring the activation looked premium regardless of production budget.
